In a world that seems overwhelmed with busyness, it can feel like there is no time to carve out for ourselves without letting someone important down or something important drop. Sometimes we even feel selfish when we take time for ourselves! In this workshop, we will combat this notion of self-care as selfish or self-indulgent and learn how critical it is to our own well-being and ultimately of those people we care most about.
