Well-Being Check Ins Learning Lab

This course will support leaders in conducting employee well-being check-ins through a combination of online micro-learning and application activities.
Learning Outcomes
  • Identify signs of struggle in others, particularly as it relates to mental well-being
  • Identify the importance of psychological safety to creating safe spaces for conversations on well-being
  • Explain what disclosure might sound like, and how supervisory style influences feeling safe to disclose
  • Apply a conversational step framework to conversations about well-being
  • Assess personal well-being and apply strategies to support it
