Creating A Culture of Appreciation

Employees and leaders alike need to know they are valued and appreciated – that their work matters. In this course, we provide everyone in the organization with the knowledge and tools they need to help build a team culture focused on appreciation.
Learning Outcomes
  • Identify the key components of feeling valued at work
  • Identify the distinction between recognition and appreciation
  • Describe the languages of appreciation at work, and identify your own personal preferences related to languages of appreciation
  • Apply tips for success and strategies for overcoming challenges with creating a culture of appreciation to identify actions you can take personally and as a team
  • Describe the ways in which mindfulness, gratitude and self-compassion practices support appreciation at work
