Performance management is the process of setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and encouraging behaviour that supports individual and organizational success.
 
In this workshop, we'll review why and how performance management is important to organizational success and describe the importance of recognition and feedback as building blocks of organizational culture in order to foster an environment for growth, motivation, and continuous improvement.
 
Finally, we will explore challenges or concerns with your current process and identify actions to optimize performance management in your organization.
