As leaders, we want teams that willingly embrace challenges, put in effort to enhance their performance, see mistakes as learning opportunities, and view feedback as an opportunity to grow. We want our teams to have a growth mindset culture. So, how do we lead towards a growth mindset? In this workshop, we'll apply WorkWell's Growth Mindset Model to consider practical strategies to cultivate growth mindset in ourselves and the teams we lead.
