Communicating Effectively

Communication is the process by which information is transmitted and understood between two or more people. It sounds simple, but in reality it's one of the hardest things we do as human beings. It's a skill that we need to work on throughout our personal and professional lives.
In this workshop, we'll explore the key principles of communication and discuss a how we as leaders can use them to enhance communication throughout the organization. Leaders will learn to assess their communication strengths and weaknesses, and develop effective communication techniques.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate with their team and will be better equipped to lead their organization.
 
Note: Communication is a very broad topic, we will collaborate with you to identify the areas of communication that are a priority.
